CSAM announces deal to acquire Arcid AS

CSAM has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Arcid AS, a Norwegian eHealth Company that focuses on information flow in the teleradiology domain. Arcid provides eHealth solutions that improve workflows and simplify the interaction between healthcare professionals. The transaction is estimated to close before the end of March.

The transaction further strengthens CSAM’s leadership in the Nordic niche eHealth market.
